I was hoping to not have to do this.

Due to an increase in people not showing up for their appointments, I have implemented that a credit card is required to have on file in order for bookings to be made online.

Keep in mind, that there is NO CHARGE to your card when you make the booking, the card is only charged if the appointment is missed or cancelled after the cancellation period.

If you are having issues with this when booking you can always email me at healthyrootsbc@gmail.com and I can make the appointment for you.

Just a reminder to everyone that starting October 1st of this year my prices will be as follows:

• 45min – $100
• 60min – $125
• 75min – $150
• 90min – $175

In order to keep my prices in comparison to the other RMT’s in Sooke I will be increasing the prices for my treatments. They are as follows:

45 minutes – $100

60 minutes – $125

75 minutes – $150

90 minutes – $175

This price change will take effect as of October 1st, 2025.

First! My August availability is now open!

I will be taking the 2nd week of the month off of work.

Second! I have updated my appointment reminder emails. You will now receive your reminder 48 hours before your appointment time instead of the previous 24 hour reminder 🙂

With the cold and flu season fully upon us, more people are understandingly needing to cancel more often.

Because of this I have had to update my cancellation policy.

Any cancellation that occurs with less than 48 hours from the appointment date & time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Please, if you do not feel good and your appointment is coming up, let me know right away and we can reschedule it. With waiting until the day of or day before it prevents others from being able to book in.
